Position filled!

At the beginning of the year Audrey Carmichael who has been involved with The Centre for 35 years, 23 as manager, gave us notice of her intended retirement at the end of this year. After a long search we have now found a replacement for her as Manager of the Disabled Centre.

The lady concerned, Judy Weavers, knew of the Centre as she had in the past recommended people to come here while in her role as a social worker from which she has recently retired. She has been visiting us for the last three weeks and shadowing Audrey and will be able to take over in the New Year.
