We are a friendly Martial arts club based in Braintree, Essex.

Currently we train every Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm, and fees are £30 per month. We are also in talks with local halls and will hopefully have more classes during the week in the near future.

We have students of various ages from 7 – 56 years old and structure the lessons making sure they are enjoyed by everyone.

We have a set syllabus which the student will learn and will be graded on. They will progress through a belt system from white belt

to black belt (and beyond) as recognition to their progress as the Tae Kwon Do skills are developed.

Aside from the core syllabus, each lesson includes work on fitness, flexibility and core strength as well as set sparring drills and routines.
