Saturday, October 18th is the date for this year's running of the ever-popular Craft Fair at Thaxted Parish Church.

There's lots to browse, lots to do and lots to inspire those gift ideas with Christmas looming on the horizon!

There's wood turning, stone carving, jewellery, fused glass, pottery, ceramics, watercolours, prints, patchwork, quilting, toys and lots more! So, whatever you're into, you're likely to find it represented at the Thaxted Parish Church Craft Fair.

As with most of the Church's events, the Craft Fair is a far from passive experience.

Apart from the many stalls selling fabulous hand-made arty items, there are also several demonstrations and have-a-go-yourself opportunities - ideal for anyone interested in craft design and build to learn from the experts and brush up on their skills.

Kids aren't left out either! There's card and cracker making, masks, paper-windmills and lots more in the Children's Activity Corner. Refreshments are available throughout the day and entry is completely FREE!

So, as we've come to expect from Thaxted Church, another fantastic, family-fun day out open to anyone and everyone.
