Behind an arched oak door, set in a thicket hedge in Great Dunmow, lies Talliston House & Gardens. With a name that means ‘the hidden place’, this once ordinary house hides 13 rooms, each set in a different time and place.

Thaxted Festival is delighted to present its new season's programme, featuring a series of concerts run over four weekends from 23 June to 16 July. This year’s musicians will provide brilliance, passion and tenderness with an equal variety of styles and idioms across the 15 concerts.

The Uttlesforde Orchestra is based in Saffron Walden. Our purpose is to provide performance opportunities for talented musicians living or working in the district and to promote the appreciation of music in the wider community through public concerts and community based projects.

Wethersfield Chamber Concerts held its inaugural concert in October 2012, in the Parish Church of St Mary Magdalene. Our objective is to stage chamber concerts of very high quality in a village setting and bring some of the best young classical musicians to our community region.
